Simply, amazing! The customer service was truly exceptional! I normally don't leave reviews, but I would be doing Missy an injustice if I didn't. I felt valued from the time I walked into the building, until the time I left. I had a rather small case but it was handled like it was worth millions. Missy is truly her word! She has a beautiful spirit, and is an amazing person. Any issues you may have are met with open ears. They work towards a resolution to ensure you're happy with the results before leaving out the door! Not to mention, i got everything i wanted and more! You will also leave with a pretty cool swag bag filled with goodies to express their gratitude for choosing Mama Justice. This is the place for you if you want to be valued, heard, and respected! Got injured in an auto accident and was not sure what to do. I have heard horror stories online of claims lasting years. I know every case is different and the specifics will determine the time it takes to work through; though I also think the attorney has a lot to do with that as well. I was right to choose mama justice. A process I thought would take years barely took months and I was updated every step of the way. They even checked in on how I was doing not only physically but mentally during my recovery. I hope I never have a reason to use them again but if I do I will most certainly give Mama a call.
