Simply, amazing! The customer service was truly exceptional! I normally don't leave reviews, but I would be doing Missy an injustice if I didn't. I felt valued from the time I walked into the building, until the time I left. I had a rather small case but it was handled like it was worth millions. Missy is truly her word! She has a beautiful spirit, and is an amazing person. Any issues you may have are met with open ears. They work towards a resolution to ensure you're happy with the results before leaving out the door! Not to mention, i got everything i wanted and more! Mama Justice and her team are wonderful after my car wreck, they got me more than I expected, and Atty Charlie Paul kept me informed and walked me through the process step by step from beginning to end, and legal assistant Tiffany called and checked on my health and well-being frequently while updating me on their progress... They both were more like friends with the time effort attention and concern they put into my case. I am so grateful for the compassion and concern they showed to me as a person and not just a case.
