Our firm is built on more than just legal expertise. Founded by Missy Wigginton—an attorney, mother, and dedicated advocate—Mama Justice was born out of a profound commitment to helping others heal. Missy transformed her life and career for the better after facing personal challenges, including the tragic loss of her eldest son in 2018.
Driven by the knowledge that it’s never too late to turn over a new leaf, Missy returned to her hometown in Mississippi to establish a personal injury law firm that treats clients with respect, dignity, and compassion. My son was injured in a vehicle accident at the beginning of 2024. I never imagined being on this side of things but it happened. The communication is stellar, the advice and even the weekly check ins made me comfortable throughout the whole process. Brandon Leslie was a shark when it came to making sure my son was compensated for his medical debt and then some- all of this wrapped up 8 months, beginning to end. Would absolutely recommend to anyone. A little closure to what could have been the worse day of my life.

My husband suffered a near fatal work accident July 2021. He crushed his skull, broke his back and tore his rotator cuff. He was in three different hospitals, Tupelo, Nashville and Atlanta. After two years of dealing with countless doctors, three work comp case workers, many unpaid bills and late disability payments we decided to hire an attorney to help.
